A few weeks back, we chronicled our October events calendar, with appearances across the pond at IDM Europe and Les Assises. KPMG and Sanofi, respectively, spoke on our behalf about the merits of platform-based identity governance, and how it can optimize security posture and workflows and user experience in the process. Though this month’s event lineup was different, the message was the same: identity runs better when it’s where it belongs—on ServiceNow.
For November, we decided to bring our expertise back state-side—and north of the border—for three back-to-back identity, security, and ServiceNow events. We hit Scottsdale, Ariz., San Diego, and Toronto for the Innovate Cybersecurity Summit, Chrysalis, and ServiceNow World Forum, to present, exhibit, and connect with industry friends old and new. Here’s a recap of our time on the events trail.
We kicked off our week-long whirlwind tour at Innovate. The summit is the premier resource for CISO education and collaboration, bringing together the collected knowledge of hundreds of security experts. Covering a wide variety of industries, attendees included professionals from Alaska Airlines and Estée Lauder, to large healthcare organizations, to yours truly—Clear Skye. We were proud sponsors represented by none other than our CRO, Luis Almeida, and CEO, John Milburn.
Next up, we headed to TechVision’s Chrysalis. This year’s event was focused on helping large organizations architect and develop strategies to deliver consistent and secure digital experiences. Main themes included digital enterprise foundation, governance, identity management, authentication and authorization, and security and risk management. Our CSO Jackson Shaw joined identity experts from SailPoint and Saviynt on a panel titled, “Identity Governance (IGA) is Foundational,” covering the current and future state of identity. We also hosted a hospitality suite where attendees could get an up-close-and-personal look at Clear Skye IGA.
If you want to learn about identity governance, listening to industry veterans from SailPoint, Saviynt, and Clear Skye is a good place to start.
Last up was ServiceNow World Forum. Simply put, ServiceNow makes getting work done easier, so it should come as no surprise that the event was centered around just that. Keynote and breakout sessions included laying the foundation for employee happiness, higher productivity, increased security, and future-proofing your business. Our Founder and CTO TJ Gryziec and Account Director Mike Phillips held down our booth among other ServiceNow partners looking to help businesses maximize their investment in the platform.

As you can imagine, a full day on the expo floor meeting prospects, demo-ing the product, and schmoozing can make you quite thirsty. So, to celebrate another successful event, we headed over to Roses Cocina to host a happy hour with Thirdera and RapDev. It was a pretty awesome gathering of ServiceNow community members and a great way to end the event season for the Clear Skye team!
Cheers to our friends at Thirdera and RapDev on a successful ServiceNow World Forum!
While we may be swapping out business travel and happy hours for family time and holiday cheer, it’s never a bad time to consider optimizing your approach to identity security.
